Hommage: Metal des années 80
La formation heavy metal Headbangers a été créée à Québec en 1997. Elle était composée de Remy Boivin, Martin Bolduc, Benoit Bolduc, Daniel Grenier et Patrick Giguère. Les membres avaient un but précis en tête, garder le heavy metal des années 80 en vie. Depuis ce temps, Giguère a quitté et le groupe est demeuré à quatre membres. Headbangers rend hommage aux pionniers du heavy metal, comme Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Queensryche, Anvil, Metal Church, Dio, Pantera, Halford, Megadeth, Helloween, Alice In Chains, AC/DC, Motley Crue, Kiss, WASP, Yngwie Malmsteen, Mercyful Fate, Whitesnake, Krokus, Accept et King's X. En 2006, Headbangers continue de faire des spectacles et débute les compositions originales.
